bir süredir Florencia çetesi için faaliyet gösteriyor.

Blanco'nun içerisinde bulunduğu il-legal faaliyetler:

- Cinayet (Spike ve birkaç mahalleli dışı kimse bilmiyor, yakalanmadı.)
- Soygun (Yaptığı ev/araç soygunlarından henüz yakalanmadı.)
- Darp (Sicilinde buna dair birkaç hüküm var, girdi ve çıktı.)
- Uyuşturucu Satmak (Henüz yakalanmadı.)
- Silah Bulundurmak (Ne kadar hüküm giymiş olsa da onun kullandığı silahlar VCPD tarafından ele geçirilemedi.)

Karakter Gelişimi:

- Blanco, 85. sokaktaki ilk haftalarında kendini yeteri kadar mahallesine adamamıştı. Gelişigüzel takılıyor, sokakta kimseyle iletişime geçmiyordu.
- Spike onu aynı hafta içerisinde uyardı, mahallede daha atılgan olmasıyla alakalı Spike'a söz vermek zorunda kaldı.
- O günden beri çeşitli çeteler arası hesaplaşmalarda / satışlarda / özel görevlerde yer aldı.
- Çeşitli suçlara karıştı, bir kere ipi koparınca sicilini kirletmeye alıştı, kirletmeye de devam ediyor.
- 4 Ocak 2026 tarihinde put-on(rank-up) aldı, artık dövmeli bir X3 askeri.
